We are looking for one individual who is acting in the capacity of a contractor who would like to support our sales department in Lawton, Oklahoma.

1. Could you conduct face to face sales interviews?
2. Do you have a computer?
3. Could you create web pages?
4. Could you create banners?

If you answered yes to #1 and #2, you may be able to help us. If you ALSO answered yes to # 3 and #4, we could help you earn even MORE extra money.

In 1998 we started the www.LawtonOK-Realty.com web site. It is "The Gateway to Lawton Fort Sill Real Estate."

This site is a banner site for Realtors, Brokers, Rental Managers, New Construction Companies and Apartment Managers. We bring the buyers and renters into the site. From there they can see who has banners/links or conduct a search of property from within our site. Only our advertisers can insert property in the listing data base.

This past year 2007 we had over 35,000 unique visitor come to our site. With a total of over 63,000 visits.

We had over 22,000 visitors got to our Rentals Page. (4 advertisers)

We had over 16,000 visitors go to our Realtors Page. (15 advertisers)

We had over 5,000 visitors go to our New Construction Page. (3 advertisers)

We had over 5,000 visitors go to our Apartments Page. (0 advertisers)

We had over 2,000 visitors go to our Manufacture homes Page. (1 advertisers)

We had over 62,000 visits to our SEARCH List Page.

We had over 146,000 listings viewed on our site.

"Build it and they will come" As you can see they are coming and have been for the last 9 years.

We are looking for someone who can get more Realtors, Brokers, Rental Managers, New Construction Companies or Apartment Managers to place a banner on our site. AND For Sale By Owners. The statistics are there to back you.
